To keep our prices as affordable as possible for all of our patients, we no longer accept insurance for visits. Prescriptions may still be filled at your pharmacy as usual as the pharmacy runs insurance in this case not our office, compounded medications are NOT covered by your insurance. Please note we use Lab Corp for our labs and Lab Corp does accept insurance if you wish to run your lab work through insurance. Our goal is to keep as much transparency as possible when it comes to the cost of your visit. When you are preparing for any upcoming visits feel free to review the costs below and if you have any questions or would like to request payment arrangements please reach out to our office manager.
For patients who do lab work externally and wish to use our client bill pricing please contact our office to verify that your Lab Corp location is participating in our special pricing options. Please be aware Lab Corp is the ONLY facility we have contracted pricing with and not all locations will accept our pricing. For any new patients scheduling, please be aware we do collect a $75 deposit that will go towards your first appointment. If you no call no show this deposit will be kept as a no show fee and will no longer apply to the first appointment.
